Questions makers ask

What can I sell?

Official figures, customs and repaints, 3D prints, kits, and print files (STLs). If it's a figure or made to become one, it fits.

What does it cost?

Free to list. When something sells, Wave 1 makers pay 6% and Wave 2 makers pay 7%, for life, plus card processing (2.9% + 30 cents). After the waves, the standard rate is 8%.

When do I get paid?

The moment the buyer confirms the figure arrived as described. If they never confirm, you're paid automatically 21 days after you ship. Buyers pay us, not you, so you never chase a payment.

Do I need payouts set up right now?

No. Open your shop and list now. Connect payouts any time before Launch Day so buyers can check out the moment we open.

Can I bring my listings from eBay, Etsy or Shopify?

Yes. Upload your export file and we turn it into draft listings you can check and post in one go.

What happens after the first 100?

On Launch Day every maker can open a shop at the standard rate. Wave makers keep their lower rate and their numbered badge for good.
